Brown syndrome is a rare mechanical disorder characterized by restriction of the superior oblique trochlea-tendon complex. Marcus-Gunn jaw winking ptosis is a more common congenital oculofacial synkinesis in which blepharoptosis is associated with upper eyelid contraction that accompanies jaw movement.
