InhA (Enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase), a critical enzyme for the cell wall synthesis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was chosen for study after review of literature. Candidate molecules were designed and docked against 2h9i protein using Autodock Tools® 1.5.6 software. Molecules with good Docking score (lower binding energy) and favourable interactions were checked for druglikeness and toxicity. The selected molecules were subjected to Toxicity prediction assessment by OSIRIS® software Compounds with good activity, druglikeness and absence of significant toxicity were shortlisted for synthesis.
