AIM OF THE STUDY: Aim of the study is to compare and evaluate the clinical outcomes of root coverage done using modified tunnel technique with collagen membrane on one side and connective tissue graft on another side in treatment of bilateral multiple Miller’s class I and class II maxillary gingival recession. MATERIALS AND METHOD: The study population comprised of 15 patients with bilateral sites having Miller’s class I and class II gingival recession requiring periodontal therapy who reported to the Department of Periodontology, Chettinad Dental College & Research Institute, Kelambakkam.
