PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT HERMINA SURAKARTA

In this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of service quality and price on the inpatient satisfaction in Hermina Hospital of Surakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The data needed in this research is primary data obtained by questionnaire method from sample counted 383 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.
