El lado oculto de la maldad: La mujer psicópata y criminal

The aim of this outcome article Investigation was to understand the place women have had historically, regarding crime and psychopathy as a result of the research done in the last 10 years. Methodology: The research is based on the historical hermeneutic -dialect method viewpoint. It has a qualitative design and used the methodological strategy state of the art. Outcome: Currently there's no consonance in the scientific community regarding the genesis and definition of psychopathy which has a negative impact on the psychological- clinic process. Among the different social groups, there's a predisposition to assume the criminal woman as the victim and it's highly improbable that she is labeled as a guilty individual because the social roles have impacted the creation of a stereotype under which women are helpless. Conclusions: It is pertinent to do research that takes us to a deeper conception of psychopathy and spread this knowledge so that it can have a legal impact on the criminal psychopath woman; specifically in Colombia, where the panoramic perspective of this phenomenon is not clear.El objetivo del presente artículo resultado de investigación fue comprender el lugar que ha ocupado históricamente la mujer en relación con el crimen y con la psicopatía, a partir de las investigaciones realizadas en los últimos diez años. La investigación se enmarca en el enfoque histórico hermenéutico, tiene un diseño cualitativo y utilizó la estrategia metodológica estado del arte. Se llega a la conclusión de que actualmente no hay consonancia en la comunidad científica respecto a la génesis y definición de la psicopatía, lo que impacta negativamente en el proceso clínico psicológico. Dentro de los grupos sociales existe una predisposición para asumir a la mujer el papel de víctima y es difícil que se le otorgue rótulo de infractora, pues los roles sociales han impactado en la formación de un estereotipo bajo el cual la mujer es inofensiva. Por otra parte, la investigación concluye que se hace pertinente realizar investigaciones que permitan profundizar la concepción de psicopatía, extendiendo este conocimiento al impacto jurídico de la mujer psicópata y criminal; específicamente en Colombia, en donde no hay una clara perspectiva panorámica respecto a este fenómeno
