Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations with teachers about the phenomenon of children's character building through story that is inconsistent with the development of children ages 5-6 years. It is assumed that the stories that have been used by the teacher do not contain character traits. Thus, this study aims to develop a story model for building early childhood characters. The focus of the character traits in the story being developed, among others: honesty; environmental care, and caring for others. This study uses a research and development model.
