Propuesta de un modelo sistémico para la investigación turística

Building lines of research is a job that requires theoretical foundation, not only from the perspective of the academic program that supports it, but especially from an epistemological basis. This article has the purpose of serving as an orientation framework, which can not only be applied to the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Program of the Popular University of Cesar, in Colombia, but also for those who are interested in the construction of lines of research, with systemic approaches, in related programs. The research problem is how to systematically base the research lines of the program, taking into account the master document, with its potential lines of research, and the work of a self-assessment and research team for the construction of operational lines. A systemic model was built, which would allow the integration of the potential lines of research of the Tourism and Hotel BusinessAdministration Program of the Popular University of Cesar, through a metatheoretical integration of systemic approaches, in order to generate a macroline of research. The type of research was qualitative, with a hermeneutical basis, for which this work is a case study, serving the dialogical method as a metatheoretical integrator, and using documentary review as a technique, and the participation of teachers and researchers of the program. as a focus group. The result was the elaboration of a macro-line of research on Structure, organization and function of tourism and hotel systems, which has already been delivered, and which will allow the development of potential lines of research: “environment, biodiversity and habitat”; “economy, innovation, competitiveness and sustainability”; “social studies on science, technology and other forms of knowledge”, and “politics, State and power relations”.Construir líneas de investigación es un trabajo que requiere fundamentación teórica, no solamente desde la perspectiva del programa académico que lo sustenta, sino especialmente desde una base epistemológica. Este artículo tiene el propósito de servir de marco de orientación, que no solamente pueda ser aplicado al Programa de Administración de Empresas Turísticas y Hoteleras de la Universidad Popular del Cesar, en Colombia, sino para quienes estén interesados en la construcción de líneas de investigación, con enfoques sistémicos, en programas afines. El problema de investigación es cómo fundamentar sistémicamente las líneas de investigación del programa, teniendo en cuenta el documento maestro, con sus líneas potenciales de investigación, y el trabajo de un equipo de autoevaluación e investigación para la construcción de líneas operativas. Se construyó un modelo sistémico, que permitiera la integración de las líneas potenciales de investigación del Programa de Administración de Empresas Turísticas y Hoteleras de la Universidad Popular del Cesar, a través de una integración metateórica de enfoques sistémicos, con el fin de generar una macrolínea de investigación. El tipo de investigación fue de carácter cualitativa, de base hermenéutica, para lo que este trabajo es un caso de estudio, sirviendo el método dialógico como integrador metateórico, y utilizando como técnica la revisión documental, y la participación de docentes e investigadores del programa, como grupo focal. El resultado fue la elaboración de una macrolínea de investigación en Estructura, organización y función de sistemas turísticos y hoteleros, que ya fue entregada, y que permitirá desarrollar las líneas potenciales de investigación: “ambiente, biodiversidad y hábitat”; “economía, innovación, competitividad y sostenibilidad”; “estudios sociales sobre ciencia, tecnología y otras formas de conocimiento”, y “políticas, Estado y relaciones de poder”
