Introduction: Psychosocial factors at work are complex and difficult to understand, since they are "the set of perceptions and experiences of the worker and cover many aspects", which must be evaluated, measured and intervened in organizations. Objectives: To analyze the bibliographic production of psychosocial risks and work stress in university professors and their effects on health.
