Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Organisasi, Dan Karakteristik Personal Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Studi kasus pada Ikatan Mahasiswa Kepulauan Kangean (IMAKA) Malang)

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational communication, and personal characteristics on organizational commitment. The population in this study were members of the Kangean Islands Student Association (IMAKA) Malang, as many as 107 members using the sample using the Slovin formula so that there were 52 samples. The type of research used is quantitative methods with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that transformational leadership style, organizational communication and personal characteristics have a significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational communication variables have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and personal characteristics variables have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment.
