AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational communication, and personal characteristics on organizational commitment. The population in this study were members of the Kangean Islands Student Association (IMAKA) Malang, as many as 107 members using the sample using the Slovin formula so that there were 52 samples. The type of research used is quantitative methods with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire technique.
