PENGARUH TRANSPARANSI, PARTISIPASI DAN AKUNTABILITAS PADA PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DI KECAMATAN PADEMAWU KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

This study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency, Participation and Accountability on Village Fund Management in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 people consisting of village and community officials and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variables used in this study are village fund management variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Transparency, Participation and Accountability. The results of this study conclude that the transparency variable has a partial effect on the management of village funds, participation has a partial effect on the management of village funds and accountability has a partial effect on the management of village funds.Keywords: Village Fund Management, Transparency, Participation and Accountability
