The Rendezvous (RV) procedure is a rescue technique after the failure of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). In some circumstances, the combined RV endoscopic percutaneous (PE-RV) is preferred. We present a clinical case of a 67 yo woman with a diagnosis of breast cancer in immunosuppressive treatment, with retroperitoneal metastasis. A biopsy sample was taken through laparoscopy of the retroperitoneal injury, during the procedure bleeding occurred and coagulation was applied to control it; Due to thermal injury a biliary leak happened as a complication, which was resolved surgically.
