The study had as main objective to identify the determining factors in the purchasing decision of virtual consumers store Treko’s Mania, a small business, the bazaar segment. The specific objectives, which seek to identify the profile of consumers who shop through the Fan page Treko’s Mania, identify the advantages and the difficulties listed by consumers for the virtual purchase.
