Predisponent factors of adverse and epidemiological reactions of paracetamol in children under 5 years old from center of health Micaela Bastidas 2021

El OBJETIVO, Determinar los factores predisponentes de reacciones adversas y epidemiológicos del paracetamol en niños menores 5 años del centro de salud Micaela Bastidas 2021. En la METODOLOGÍA es un método analítico y el diseño de investigación es pre- experimental y tiene un nivel descriptivo correlacional y transversal , MUESTRA de 200 niños en ambos sexos y menores de 5 años donde se encuestó a las madres o personas apoderadas de los ñiños ,obteniéndose como RESULTADOS que el 74 % de las madres o personas apoderados desconocen la dosis correcta en la administración del paracetamol y también otro factor es el aumento entre la frecuencia y tiempo de la administración es corta con 41 % y la polifarmacia 61 % le brinda 02 medicamentos al día uno de ellos es el sulfato ferroso ya que los niños se encuentran con anemia , mientras 10% de los niños son alérgicos al paracetamol ; como CONCLUSIONES si hay reacciones adversas como efectos a nivel digestivo con 13% náuseas y el 12% vomito , trastornos en la piel 3% la dermatitis , y el 3 % somnolencia si existen factores de riesgo epidemiológico que en las niñas prevalece efecto adverso en proporción de 3% a 1 %, también se determinó que si existe la relación entre las reacciones adversas y riesgo epidemiológico con respecto a la edad y sexoThe OBJECTIVE: To determine the predisposing factors of adverse and epidemiological reactions to paracetamol in children under 5 years of age at the Micaela Bastidas 2021 health center.
