Letter from Senator Langer to H. L. Hille Regarding Construction Bids for the Garrison Dam Project, February 8, 1955

This letter, dated February 8, 1959, from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Colonel H. L. HIlle of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Garrison District, is Langer\u27s reply to an earlier letter from Hille in which Hille informs Langer of the imminent opening of bids and projects associated with the construction of the Garrison Dam and Reservoir.
