Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Akar Tuba (Derris Eliptica Benth) Pada Transportasi Tertutup Dengan Rentang Waktu Yang Berbeda Terhadap Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus)

This study aims to determine the effect of tuba root extract (Derris Eliptica Benth) in closed transportation with different time spans on the survival of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fry. This study was conducted in June 2021. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The researcher used a dose of 0.3 / ml with a transport time of 8 hours, 9 hours, 10 hours, 11 hours. hours and 12 hours. The fish transportation route is carried out starting from Pekanbaru City to Bankinang (Kampar) then to Pasir Pengaraian (Rokan Hulu) using minibus transportation. The results showed that the highest survival rate of tilapia was 98.9% in 10 hours of transportation. The lowest survival rate of fish is with the percentage of survival of 89,1%. The results of the statistical analysis test of tuba root extract (Derris eliptica Benth) in closed transportation had a very significant effect on the survival of tilapia fry
