This study aims to determine the management of the Miss Tahto Studio in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The author's method uses descriptive analysis using qualitative data, namely the research is carried out by approaching the object under study to obtain accurate data. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Subjects in this study amounted to 4 people, namely: 1. leader of the studio 2. Secretary of the studio 3. Treasurer of the studio. The address of this research took place in the Miss Tahto Studio, Kampar Province, Riau. This writer uses several theories from experts that have relevance to the author's research problem. George R. Terry in M.Jazuli (2014: 12). The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. : This study uses a descriptive research method that produces qualitative data about the Aspects of Management of Sanggar Seni Ambarala which include: 1). The planning process in the form of making a weekly work program d. monthly2). The system of organizing / implementing is carried out by making an organizational chart / structure with each field that has been determined by the leadership. 3). Movement by the Miss Tahto Studio Leader instructs the studio trainer to carry out the operational program that has been planned 4). The supervisory process in terms of the implementation of planned activities includes: preliminary supervision, concurrent approach or supervision of implementation, monitoring of feedback
