The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality and employee competence partially on employee performance at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. And to find out and analyze the influence of personality and competence together on employee performance at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel. The population in this study was the total number of employees of Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru in 2018, as many as 110 people. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the total number of samples is 32 people. Data analysis using multiple regression method.
