This study aims to determine and explain the quality of the analysis of services in managing Electronic Resident Identity Cards in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. There are 6 (six) research indicators used by the author in this study, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equal Rights, Balance of Rights and Obligations. This type of research, located in the Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, used a descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach.
