Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Dalam Pengurusan Kartu Keluarga Oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Kependudukan Pencatatan Sipil Di Kecamatan Rokan IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of public service in managing Family Cards by the Technical Implementation Unit of the Civil Registration Population Service in Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. To find out the inhibiting factors in the quality of public services in managing Family Cards by the UPTD for population and Civil Registration, Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The indicators set are Tangibles, Responsive, Assurance, and Emphaty. this type of research is descriptive qualitative, with the determination of informants trough snowball sampling technique. Collecting trough observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the quality of public service at the UPT of the five dimensions as a whole had satisfied the community. Of the five indikators stidied, there are indicators of reability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. which are satisfactory while the tangible indicators are not satisfactory because the service support facilities for the upt Department of Population and Civil Registration of Rokan IV Koto District are not adequate and satrisfying the community.This is because there is no air conditioner or fan in the service room. The obstacle faced in realizing better services at the Population and Civil registration Service Unit of the Rokan IV Koto District was inadequate infrastructure
