Analisis Terhadap Upaya Penanggulangan Peredaran Gelap Tindak Pidana Narkotika Di Wilayah Hukum Polsek Perhentian Raja

Illicit narcotics circulation will have a very detrimental effect on individuals and communities, especially the younger generation, and can even pose a greater danger to the life and cultural values of the nation which will ultimately weaken national security. One form of transnational crime that can have a very detrimental effect on the future generation of a nation, especially those that occur in the Law Enforcement Area of Raja Stop Police Station, there are still many illicit trafficking and narcotics abuse. The modus operandi of narcotics distribution syndicates can easily penetrate national borders in the world through a neat management network with high mobility and sophisticated technology and enter Indonesia as a transit country or even as a destination country for illegal narcotics trade. If narcotics circulation is not well anticipated, this nation and country will be damaged. Therefore, good cooperation is needed from all components of the Indonesian nation to deal with narcotics crime, especially in the Legal Area of Raja Stop Police Station. The problem in this paper is about the inhibiting factors for the prevention of illicit trafficking of narcotics in the Law Enforcement Area of the King Stop Police and efforts to tackle the illicit trafficking in narcotics crime in the Police Stop Police Precinct. Judging from the type of research that is by observational research, by means of surveys means seeing symptoms or phenomena that occur in the field. Descriptive research, which is a study conducted with the primary objective to provide an objective description of a situation, which provides as much detailed data as possible about the inhibiting factors and efforts to tackle the illicit trafficking of narcotics in the Raja Stop Police Precinct. From the research results obtained that the inhibiting factors and efforts to tackle illicit trafficking of narcotics crime in the Legal Area of Raja Stop Police Station are based on several factors including: Community Factors, Law Enforcement Factors, Personnel Factors, Infrastructure Factors, Economic Factors and Circulation Factors Organized Narcotics. Efforts to tackle the illicit trafficking of narcotics crime in the Raja Stop Police Precinct are in three ways / efforts, namely Pre-emptive (coaching), Preventive (prevention) and Repressive (prosecution). Pre-emptive (coaching) efforts are the initial efforts made by the police to tackle, prevent, and eradicate criminal acts. Preventive efforts (prevention), namely through counseling, outreach, banners, and distribution of pamphlets. Efforts (repressive) namely by implementing law enforcement to narcotics offenders
