Kontribusi Kelincahan Dan Kelenturan Terhadap Keterampilan Menggiring Bola Pada Pemain Sepakbola Klub Patriot Muda Kuok Kabupaten Kampar

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of agility and flexibility to dribbling skills in soccer players Patriot Muda Club Kuok Kabupaten Kampar. This type of research is a multiple correlation. The population and sample in this study were 22 players of Patriot Muda Club Kuok Kabupaten Kampar. The research instrument used was a test of agility with a bomerang run, a test of flexibility with sit and reach and a test on the skill of dribbling. The data analysis technique used is the multiple correlation test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, a conclusion can be drawn as follows (1) There is a contribution of agility to the results of the dribbling skills of soccer players in the Patriot Muda Club Kuok Kabupaten Kampar by 26.52%, (2) There is a contribution of body flexibility to the results of the dribbling skills of soccer players of Patriot Muda Club Kuok Kabupaten Kampar by 36.97% (3) There was a contribution of agility and flexibility to the results of soccer player dribbling skills of Patriot Muda Club Kuok Kabupaten Kampar by 46.79%
