Pengaruh Konsentrasi Dan Lama Perendaman Urine Kambing Terhadap Pertumbuhan Setek Jeruk Lemon (Citrus Limon L.)

ABSTRACT Syahbani (164110226). The research entitled "Effect of Concentration and Soaking Time of Goat Urine on Growth of Lemon Cuttings (Citrus limon L.). This research was conducted in UPT UIR garden, Jl. Kubang Jaya, District. Siak Hulu, Regency. Kampar, Riau. The study was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the interaction and the main concentration and duration of soaking goat urine on the growth of lemon cuttings. This study used a 4 x 4 factorial completely randomized design with 3 replications. The first factor: goat urine concentration with 4 levels: 0, 100, 200, 300 ml / l of water. The second factor: immersion time with 4 levels: 2, 4, 6, 8 hours. There were 3 replications, 6 plants per plot and 3 as samples and a total of 288 plants. Parameters observed were sprouting age, percentage of cuttings growth, number of shoots, number of leaves and number of roots. Data were analyzed statistically, if F count is greater than F table, then the BNJ further test is carried out at the 5% level. Based on the results of the study: the effect of concentration interaction and the duration of soaking goat urine had an effect on sprouting age, growth percentage, number of shoots, number of leaves, and number of roots. The main factor of goat urine concentration and soaking time had a significant effect on all parameters. The best treatment was goat urine concentration of 200 ml / l of water and soaking time of 6 hours
