ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY AND SATISFACTION OF GO-FOOD CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN GOJEK ONLINE ON STUDENTS FACULTY ECONOMIC ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF RIAU. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and satisfaction on the go-food customer loyalty in gojek online on Students Faculty Economic Islamic University of Riau. The sample in this research were 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who have made online purchases of go-food and order more than third times.
