ABSTRACT EFFECT OF TRAINING AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE PEKANBARU By : RAHMA DINA NPM: 155210477 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training and motivation on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who participated in the Product Prudential Life Assurance Training Pekanbaru as many as 63 people. Sampling using the census method is to make the entire population as the research sample. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative method and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS ver 22 program. The results of this study indicate that job training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pekanbaru. The adjusted R square value shows that the variable job training and motivation on employee performance has a strong enough influence
