Peran Masyarakat Transmigran Terhadap Perkembangan Wilayah Di Kecamatan Gunung Sahilan Kabupaten Kampar (Studi Kasus: Desa Suka Makmur)

This thesis discusses the role of the Transmigration community in regional development, in Suka Makmur Village, Gunung Sahilan District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the transmigration community in regional development in Suka Makmur Village with the aim of identifying the Characteristics of Transmigrants and the Role of the Transmigrant Society in Suka Makmur Village, then to analyze the factors that influence the role of the Transmigrant community on Regional Development in Suka Makmur Village and recommend future solutions in regional development in Suka Makmur Village. ResearchThis method uses descriptive qualitative methods, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, primary data is obtained through interviews while secondary data is obtained from documentation studies or reading references relevant to the research discussion, data is processed and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis using reduction data, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Research shows that regional development is inseparable from the role of transmigration that supports regional development in Suka Makmur Village, with transmigration in Suka Makmur Village, Suka Makmur Village has progress in facilities and infrastructure as well as the community's economy which is slowly increasing
