The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of kiambang compost and Oil Palm bunchAsh on the growth and production of shallots on peat media. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor was kiambang compost consisted of 4 levels of treatment with doses of 0, 15, 30 and 45 g per polybag. The second factor wasoil palmbunch ash consisted of 4 levels with a dose of 0.37, 5; 75 and 112,5 g per polybag. So that obtained 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications, obtained 48 experimental units with a total of 432 plants.
