The Customer Decision Factor is one of the benchmarks in making a decision in financing. The problem formulation of the study is how the influence of customers’ decisions to apply for financing at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. The aim of this study is to find out how the influence of customers’ decisions to apply for financing at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru. The type of this study is quantitative research. The subject of this study is the customers at BMT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru, which the sample consists of 94 respondents. The data collection technique of the study is questionnaires.
