Efektivitas Kebijakan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Kelurahan Langgini Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Cash Social Assistance (BST) Policy During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Langgini Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency City. This policy is a policy that was determined because of the impact that was gleaned from the PSBB which was set to deal with COVID-19 based on the Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 54/HUK/2020 concerning the Implementation of Basic Food Social Assistance and Cash Social Assistance in Handling the Impact of Corona Virus Disease 2019 ( COVID-19). The phenomenon in this study is the establishment of the Cash Social Assistance policy indicating that there are people who complain because they do not get BST because the recipient's data source is not fully valid or has not been updated and is factualized by the Social Service / Dukcapil, and lack of information to the public related to the criteria. BST recipients which resulted in wrong information received by the public. In this research, Budiani's theory is used, which consists of several indicators such as the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. As well as the formulation of the problem in this study: How is the Effectiveness of the Cash Social Assistance (BST) Policy During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Langgini Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The type of research used is qualitative, using key informants and informants using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, reports and other data obtained and then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there were several aspects that were not on target, namely aspects of program accuracy, program socialization, as well as program monitoring and that were on target, namely the achievement of program objectives. Therefore, with the results of this research, it is hoped that the government can be more thorough in collecting data on recipients of this cash social assistance in order to maximize the function of the policy itself to the community
