Studi Laboratorium Uji Pengaruh Penambahan Aditif Karbon Aktif Daun Pisang Terhadap Compressive Strength dan Shear Bond Strength Pada Semen Pemboran Kelas G

The success of the oil and gas well drilling cement process is influenced by several parameters, including compressive strength (CS) and shear bond strength (SBS). Several additives containing carbon have been developed to increase the value of compressive strength and shear bond strength. This study used activated carbon of banana leaves to determine the effect of activated carbon content of banana leaves on compressive strength and shear bond strength of cement grade G. Banana leaf activated carbon was used because it has a carbon content of 60.94% based on the results of the SEM EDS test conducted. in the central laboratory of FMIPA UM – State University of Malang. Tests were carried out with concentrations of 0%, 1.%, 2%, 3% and 3.5% By Weight Of Cement (BWOC). After the cement suspension was made, it was poured into a sample mold and put into a water bath to dry for 24 hours. After the sample is dry, then the sample will be tested using a hydraulic press, a cubic sample for compressive strength and a cylindrical sample for shear bond strength. It is hoped that the addition of activated carbon additives to banana leaves in this suspension can affect the compressive value and shear bond strength
