Good Governance Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Desa Kampung Baru Timur Kecamatan Cerenti Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This study is to find how good governance in managing village funds in the village of Kampung Baru Timur cerenti district Kuantan Singingi regency and obstacles. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative analysis. The indicators used are public accountability, public transparency and rule of law. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected by questionnaries and interviews, and secondary data collected by observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of observations, questionnaires and interviews on Good Governance in managing village funds in the village of Kampung Baru Timur, Cerenti district, Kuantan Singingi regency, it can be concluded that village officials are responsible to the community by reading reports on village government administration, for convenience in obtaining information manually so that the community must go to the village office to see information about village funds. Village officials also provide information boards in the form of wall magazines, although they are rarely updated. The community has not been equally included in the deliberations. The village government realizes the budget in accordance with the village Budget and village RKP and according to existing rules, but the rules that often change prevent village officials from completing their tasks and abligations on time
