Pengaruh Nilai Penerbitan Sukuk Dan Rating Sukuk Terhadap Reaksi Pasar Modal Indonesia Di Bei Periode 2016-2019

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sukuk Issuance Value on Capital Market Reactions, and Ratings Sukukon Capital Market Reactions. The population used in this study is Islamic bonds (sukuk) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2019 period. Sample selection using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria in the selection of samples obtained 20 companies that issue sukuk. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the Sukuk Issuance Value has a positive and significant effect on the reaction of the capital market, Sukuk rating has a negative and significant effect on the capital market
