The development of the era of increasingly developing technology has resulted in changes in the way of communicating, including the evolution of technology, changing the career structure. Making branding is not only found in the form of products or companies, but individuals can be a means to display their identity. Personal branding is important to pay attention to because by applying personal branding, someone is able to control other people's perceptions of what personal branding has built from the start. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods through data collection by interviewing, observing, reducing data by collecting data and giving conclusions from data analysis based on the theory used to draw conclusions. This study discusses the personal branding of the outstanding student micro-influencer @abduralfatih on Instagram. Instagram as a tool for self-expression, because in it there are visual features that give everyone the opportunity to form personal branding. Abdur is known as an inspirational person through his achievements, both academic and non-academic. This has made him invited to more than 100 places as a speaker, so that he has good credibility as a person with integrity and willing to share his opinion on what has been produced. The results show that Abdur has eight main concepts of personal branding from Montoya, the results of applying the concept of personal branding from Montoya show that Abdur has a specialization as an expert in law and English.
