Analisis Prinsip 5C+1S (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition Of Economy Dan Syariah) Pada Pembiayaan Murabahah Di BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru

The purpose in this research examined to know the implementation of 5C + 1 S principle in distributing murabahah financing fund. The subject in this research involved marketing manager, assistance manager and murabahah financing customer at BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, the object in this research was BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru. This research used filed research with qualitative approach. Thi research sources used primer and secondary data. Data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation. Data computation technique used data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. This research finding showed that the financing procedure at BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru should fulfil the condition that was given by BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru. 5C + 1S principle was analysis principle in character that was seen from customer curriculum vitae, capacity was seen from the customer business, capital was seen from customer financial source, collateral was seen from customer assurance, condition was seen from customer business condition and sharia analysis that should be suitable with DSN-MUI’s fatwa in murabahah financing at BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru
