The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and experience on employee productivity at CV. Main Mainstay Scale. The population in this study were all employees who worked at CV. Main Mainstay Scale. The sampling technique in this study used Saturated Sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the entire population. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26.
