The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of human relations on the work ethic of employees at PT. Robinson Citra Mandiri Tanjung Batu Kundur. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the existing population of 40 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questioner, observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and Simple Linier Regression.
