The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethics, organizational commitment to the performance of nurses in the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital. The object of this research is the Zainab Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital, totaling 228. The sample of all nurses at the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital, amounting to 74. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis. The data used are primary data, namely data originating from questionnaires.
