The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the Osam Art Community Studio in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method. The research subjects are as follows: Director of the Osam Art Community Studio, namely Mrs. Nurfaizah, S.Pd and the Commissioner of the Osam Art Community Studio, namely Dra. Hj. Rosdiana. The primary data in this study were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive method. The management of the Osam Art Community Studio in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province can be seen through the management function which consists of Planning. destination. Organizing, in the management of the Osam Art Community Studio in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province, includes the organizational structure and professional resources and how the duties and roles of each in carrying out the studio management. Implementation (Actuating), on the management of the Osam Art Community Studio in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province includes the implementation of dance training activities as well as other operational activities.
