Analisis Kinerja Karyawan Pada Rumah Sakit Surya Insani Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of employees at Surya Insani Hospital in Rokan Hulu Regency. Research indicators used include Quality (Quality) Quantity (Amount) Time. This type of description research is located at Surya Insani Hospital in Rokan Hulu district, namely prioritizing questionnaire lists, interviews and observations as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of research objectives at the location. There are two population groups and the sample in this study are 57 employees and 1 HR manager. The sampling technique used in establishing individual samples is the census technique for employees and incidental sampling technique for HR Managers. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data, collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews and observations as well as secondary data collected using documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on data collection and data analysis the researchers assessed and concluded that the analysis of employee performance at Surya Insani Hospital in Rokan Hulu Regency at a good assessment interval
