Evaluasi Program Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Desa Sungai Siput Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis

Evaluation and the program In the context of improving the community’s economy the riau provincial government in cooperation with the municipal district government implements a community empowernment program with a savings and loan village economic effort ( UED-SP). This program is a from of empowernment in the economic field in an effort to increase income and welfare of life which is based on economic strength it self so that the community is able to meet their needs independently. This research was conducted to find out the problems in the savings and loan village economis business program in the village of Sungai Siput Siak Kecil Bengkalis regency in 2016-2018. In this study,there are four indicators as benchmarks in drawing conclusions,namely input,process,output and outcomes. This type of research is a descriptive analysis with quantitave research methods in which the population there are two groups,namely the manager amounted to 5 people and the borrower numbered 29 people. The sampel techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaire while the data collection techiniques used in this study is a field study,interview,questionnaire,and documentation. From the recapitulation results (list of telly)respondent’s answers about the evaluation of the economic program of the village of Sungai Siput Siak Kecil Bengkalis district with answers to the score 54% from the manager and 65% from the borrower of the UED-SP.So it falls into the “quite done” category recommendations that need to be considerd by the manager are implemented,especially in the lending process and the supervision process so that the purpose of the UED-SP village Sungai Siput program can improve the community’s economy
