Penerrapan Standar Pelayanan E-KTP Pada Mall Pelayanan Publik Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the barriers to the application of the E-KTP Service Standard at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type with data sources coming from informants who are considered to understand the research problem. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. All data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with a descriptive approach so that conclusions can then be drawn from the results of the study. The implementation of the E-KTP Service Standard at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall has generally been carried out well. This can be seen from the service procedures, the completion time of the E-KTP processing, the costs are in accordance with the established standards, the service products are manual and online, the service facilities used by employees at MPP Pekanbaru City can be said to be very good, the infrastructure in MPP Pekanbaru City is very good, and the competence of service officers has been very satisfying to the community. The obstacles found in the application of the E-KTP Service Standard at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall are the service procedures carried out by implementing applications that not all people are able to use. Then in terms of the long service time, it ranges from 30 minutes - 60 minutes, so that only a few services are provided every day
