The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Build the Mighty Perawang Kingdom of Riau. The population and sample in this study were all employees of PT. Build the Mighty Kingdom of Perawang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the work stress variable has no significant or no positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bangun Raya Perkasa the results show that work stress has a very low contribution to the performance of PT. Bangun Raya Perawang Perawang on the research that has been done
