This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on job satisfaction of PT. Bintan Resort Cakrawala (BRC) North Bintan Regency, Riau Islands. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, using a sample of 48 respondents. The research data was obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature studies and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used Simple Linear Regression test, Correlation Test, Determination Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that performance appraisal had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Bintan Resort Cakrawala (BRC).
