This study aims to identify and analyze the Rumbai Market Management Strategy by the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City. The strategy assessment indicator used consists of seven indicators. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative survey, which prioritizes the list of interviews as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions and objectivity of the existence of objectives at the research location.
