Peran Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Dalam Mensejahterakan Anggota Koperasi Di Desa Tapung Makmur Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the Role of Village Unit Cooperatives in Tapung Makmur Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The role evaluation indicators used include socializing, persuasive approach, phased but continuous approach, innovating, effectiveness of innovation, mastering science and technology, having a clear vision and mission, future-oriented, willing to accept change, being disciplined and honest, obedient to statutory regulations, environmental care, knowledge and skills improvement through training, responsible and consistent. This type of research which is located in the Village Unit Cooperative Village of Tapung Makmur is descriptive quantitative by prioritizing the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions at the research location. There are three population groups and the sample in this study are administrators, which amounted to 3 people, employees who numbered 15 people and members of cooperatives which totaled 511 people. The sample size determined from this population group is 3, 15, and 84 people. The sampling technique used to determine individual samples is for administrators and employees using saturated sampling techniques while for members using the Probability Sampling technique with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview list techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Based on this analysis technique the researchers assessed and concluded that the Role of the Village Unit Cooperative in the Welfare of Cooperative Members in the Village of Tapung Makmur, Tapung Hilir Sub-District, Kampar Regency, was at a sufficiently important intervals of assessment. Recommendations that need to be considered are especially concerned with conducting socialization / counseling, conducting coaching and training for employees and members especially in the credit analyst section and paying more attention to AD and ART in organizational activities
