Teachers who teach inclusive student are teachers who have abilities that cannot be possessed by all existing teachers. Many obstacles will be passed by a teacher when inclusive student, especially in inclusive schools. An inclusive school is a school that combines students with normal categories and students who have special needs categories. Subjective Well-Being is the welfare owned by individuals in living life. The aims of this research to find out how subjective well-being of teachers who teach the inclusive student at Islamic elementary School and Leadership Bintang Cendekia Pekanbaru.
