Regional autonomy is the momentum that underlies regional independence in managing regional fixed assets, but many autonomous regions, including the Government Bengkalis Regency has not been optimal in managing their fixed assets. The aim of the study was to determine the performance of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in the Management of Regional Buildings in Bengkalis Regency. Bengkalis Regency is a district that has abundant regional assets, one of them is assest in the form of regional buildings. Based on the observation, there are several cases such as negligence of the local government in the maintenance of regional buildings. This causes damage to regional buildings. This study was structured with the aim of describing organizational performance in the Fixed Asset Management Sector. The formulation of the problem in this study was to know how is the performance of the Bengkalis Regency local government in terms of managing regional assets. This study used a qualitative research design, techniques of collection data in this study were data collection are observation, interviews and documentation related to the problem under study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of regional development has been designed as much as possible but minimal follow-up actions from the regional government have caused the regional buildings to not be maintained. In Bengkalis Regency, there was obstacles in form of the lack of human resources and the lack of infrastructure
