Rehabilitation of narcotics addicts is a treatment process to free addicts from addictions, rehabilitation of narcotics addicts is also a form of social protection that integrates narcotics addicts into social order so that he no longer abuses narcotics. Based on the law there are at least two types of rehabilitation, namely medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation. As for the main issues that will be examined by the author are as follows, How is the Implementation of the Rehabilitation Process for narcotics addicts by BNN in Pekanbaru City then What are the obstacles in implementing the process of implementing rehabilitation for narcotics abusers and addicts by BNN in the city of Pekanbaru Judging from the type, this research is a sociological research that is by conducting a survey by directly descending the field related to the problem to be studied, namely in BNN Pekanbaru city. Based on the results of the author's research, that the services provided by the Pekanbaru city BNN are still not maximized for narcotics abusers and addicts. Due to limited funds provided by the government for Pekanbaru city BNN. But even though the funds provided by the government have been cut off to carry out rehabilitation in hospitals, BNN Pekanbaru can still provide rehabilitation services by providing an examination, diagnosis, treatment and treatment for drug abusers and drug addicts.
