The problem of diciplineof civil servants lately to be a public spotlight both regional and central to the need to improve the implementation of civil servants’dicipline seen from govermant regulation number 53 year 2010 about dicipline civil servants who coincided in the village of central distric seberida district indragiri upstream to tighten the performance of civil servants to improve the quality of education in order to create a quality nation generation. The purpose of this reseach is to allow educators to be obedient and obedient to the rules so as to produce civil servants who are diciplined to pat the poor views of the public to civil servants Departing from the existing problem, the problem raised in this writing is about how the implementation of civil servants in the UPTD education office of seberida district in review of govermant regulation number 53 year 2010 about dicipline of civil servants, abd the efforts unrtaken by the subdistrict education office of seberida to civil servants in violation of the dicipline of civil servants. Judging from the type of research is categgorized into observasional reseach studies, by means of surveys, meaning to see the symptoms or phenomena that occur in the field, namely how the efforts in implementing the dicipline of civil servants in the juridiction of UPTD district education office of seberida. Deskriftif research means that reseach is done with the main objektive to give an idea about a situation objektively, which provides data that is possible after the implementation of civil servants dicipline in the UPTD service education and efforts undertaken by the UPTD district education office seberida againts civil servants who violate the dicipline of civil servants. From the results of the research that as been done, it is known, that the constraints in the implementation of a trial of civil servants and efforts made by the subdistrict education office of seberida 0f civil servants who violated the dicipline of employees civil state is bassed on : the power factor of educators, factor of fasilities and infrastructure, factor society, cultural factors. While the efforts made by the department of education of the civil servants who violate the dicipline of civil servants in the following ways : conducting raids, strikes and sanction,arrest, sosialization and non-penal efforts, preventive(prevention), and refresif (oppresing), non-penal efforts with the use of counseling, sosilization, and refresif by means of law enforcement of civil servants in violation of civil servants dicipline
