This study aims to determine the extent of the management of Maju Jaya Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, based on the Minister of Village Regulation No. 4 of 2015 concerning VillageOwned Enterprises (BUMDes In this study using William N Dunn's theory, which consists of several indicators that can be seen such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy in line with the objectives. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive approach to informants, BUMDes Commissioner, BUMDes Director, Village Secretary, BUMDes Secretariat, BUMDes Treasurer, Head of Unit BUMDes, Community Types of primary data used are observation, interview, and documentation. While secondary data collected from relevant information that can support the object of this research, based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the Management of Maju Jaya Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Pandau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency is not optimal, because there are still many obstacles in management such as lack of openness, weak human resource development, lack of coordination between the Village Government and the management of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes).
