ANALISIS DIKSI DAN GAYA BAHASA DALAM NOVEL SATU HARI DI 2018 KARYA BOY CANDRA

The purpose of this study is to describe the style of language and diction in the novel Satu Hari di 2018 by Boy Candra. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The content analysis method or content analysis used to determine the contents of a document, in this study the document in question is the novel one day in 2018 by boy candra. This study consists of two data, namely the analysis of diction and language style in the novel Satu Hari in 2018. The two data were obtained through reading Satu Hari in 2018, then grouping them, reducing the data, analyzing the data, and concluding it. Diction includes synonyms, denotations. Language styles include personification, antithesis, pleonasm, hyperbole, irony, paradox, litotes, and associations
